Wrapped & Co. does not offer refunds for Products and Services.

Notwithstanding the above, if any of the delivered Products and Services are damaged, Wrapped & Co. will exchange the damaged product with the same or similar product, provided that the Customer provides written notice and photographic evidence to Wrapped & Co. within 48 hours of the Delivery Date that there is a deficiency.

If you’ve received damaged products, please email hello@wrappedandco.com written confirmation and photos of the damages within 48 hours of your delivery.
